Plum and psyllium husk? Isn’t that a bit like an overkill?

Hi Alisia,

it’s really just the yolks… They are really very orange, but the camara took it even a bit darker. It’s ecological ones from a farmer in my village with one of these mobile chicken barns, maybe they are getting beta-carotin in their feed :rofl:

Haha, no it’s not. I don’t eat much of that cake per day, the most of it is in the freezer now.

Breakfast at my sisters. Trying to let go of my expectations for perfectly nutritious balanced meals and letting other people cook for me is a struggle.

A baked oatmeal concoction. Didn’t turn out as I’d hoped but that’s ok. I’ll likely have for work lunches this week with Greek yogurt as the flax didn’t get mixed well and it’s kinda powdery in sections

Old fashioned rolled oats, small amount of banana & blueberries, whey protein, sprouted flax meal, milled black chia, sliced raw almonds, protein almond/cashew milk, an egg, pure vanilla, and about half tablespoon of honey. Not very sweet but that was intentional

We went to MOQUEC last night.
It was a very interesting Brazilian restaurant. I’ve never heard of this before. It was really good.

I went with the traditional dish with Mahi-mahi and lobster MOQUEC

(CLAY POT DISHES)
Moqueca is a traditional dish from the southeast coast of Brazil (Espírito Santo State). It’s a style of cooking and serving the seafood of your choice in handcrafted clay pots. A fresh and rich tomato sauce is made to order with the adition of onions, garlic,
cilantro, squeezed limes, urucum(Brazilian seasoning) and a splash of coconut milk.Served with a side of seasoned white rice.

Edit: I still can’t pronounce it :grimacing:

I know right?
I waited a good year and a half before I worked on my sugar intake. I was definitely substituting sugar for booze sometimes. But at least I was sober. And that was the most important thing in the world for me.
