Personally I don’t think the ricotta worked on this. Even though they whipped the shit out of it. But it was still good.

Very impressed with the raspberry ice tea cubes, in the fresh brewed raspberry ice tea. And very pretty.

Casserole with sauerkraut, gratin, old cheese. Looks better than it tastes. Need to twist the recipe if I’ll ever make it again. Maybe tastes better tomorrow, all casseroles normally do :blush:

I need power for a 2000 - 3000 Meter swim. My power, performance and pace is really not that good if I start in total fasting modus, last meal like 5 hours or more ago.

I researched a bit about it, and it’s recommended to have a little pre-workout meal 1 hour before if you need high performance, with priority on some short available carbs. My “low carb/not eating/fasting triggered eating disorder mind” didn’t want to accept that, but it works. So it’s not a meal, just a 100-300 kcal snack. Like this was half a banana, 30 g cashews and a tbsp of honey. Trying to heal the disordered mind and do things different.

A big bowl of leftover comfort food on this stressful election night in the USA. I do love the contrast of crunchy, acidic slaw with tons of cilantro and dense and spicy enchilada casserole plus creamy avocado and sour cream.

I did not make it, got it at the local Asian market! They make it there and its so good. I have been wanting to try and make our own!
