Yes absolutely a favourite its pork belly slices with a spinach and mushroom cream sauce and peas its so yummy !
Tonight is cauliflower cheese with some slixed onion.
Post work snack tonight. English muffins with fancy cheese and strawberries sprayed with balsamic. A special thanks to whoever put it out there to put balsamic vinegar in a spray bottle.
Ooooh a food thread…today im going to make a good old fashioned winter broth… gammon joint boiled for stock…diced carrots,swede,white cabbage, onion, parsnip, pulses (barley, lentil, peas) then the shredded gammon is put back in once the broth is cooked…i will either add dumplings or have crusty bread and butter with it…photos to follow, this stuff is NECTAR!!

I had to eat first I mashed some leftover butternut squash with potatoes, made breaded chickenbreast and cooked brokkoli. I don’t know why but the chicken is fantastic this way! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Going to get a second plate now

Lately, it’s a pretty good day when I can cook something nutritious and manage to eat it. Two egg scramble with petit diced sweet onion and red bell pepper, deli ham, and baby greens (kale, spinach and Swiss chard), split between my husband and me. I put feta on mine. Belly is full.
