They are! And they taste sooo good! Fluffy and chewy, nothing like store bought ones. I can use the same recipe for a bread, when there is more space in my freezer I’ll make one.

I don’t know. It’s black. I don’t usually like it. This one was a shorter grain. And I really wanted the curry. And everything I’ve had at this restaurant has been good. The waitress said it was kind of like black beans. But rice.

Cheesy eggs (shredded Jarlsberg) with sautéed mushrooms, broccoli and grape tomatoes past their prime. I mean to put onions in but forgot. Buttered rye toast.

One of my favorite things about my new work schedule is the time I have to have breakfast. I don’t feel rushed to grab overnight oats and eat at my desk.

Chocolate birthday cake. I have candles for on top but if I were to put one for every year it would be something of a fire hazard lol!

After a burning swim workout
late-night dinner plate

Chicken breast grilled with curry,
topped with fresh coriander
and soya skyr on the side.

Homemade hot Mango dip
(there is much more in the fridge )

Cucumber with sesame oil and furiake.

This will give me a good sleep and enough protein to re-organise my body while I sleep.
