Wild Alaska Smoked Sockeye Salmon, house-roasted shallots and tomatoes topped with Parmesan, a chive cream drizzle and fresh herbs. Served with ciabatta toast and lemon-dressed organic mixed greens.
And my wife said that blueberry muffin was heavenly. I’ll never know. I could see the sugar falling off it like snow. It looked so good.

made the crust from almond flour and did add some nutritional yeast to sauce I know i have to really work on my protein intake. Thanks for checking.
The taste of late summer. Chili lime spice encrusted pan seared salmon with an excellent slicer tomato and a sweet corn and black bean salad with lime vinaigrette. Freshness all around.
I love those kind of lunches.
Our smoked pork loin, thinly sliced, on toasted garlic asiago bread with horseradish mustard and topped with melted provolone and onion. Side of slicer tomato and iceberg. I’m going to miss summer tomatoes
Trying some pears with my walnuts raspberries strawberries and yogurt.
Trying to get the hang of letting the fruits ripen. Pears were hard as a rock. And of course they’re almost over ripe. But I got this one in time
Tonight’s tea and tomorrow’s lunch for leftovers… Massive ass chicken stir fry w/ mange tout, onions, peppers and cashews. Soy chilli and ginger sauce. Thai basil and coriander in unholy amounts.
You mean adequate quantities. That dish looks fantastic. I want to copy cat soon!
