I can’t wait to enjoy ALL of the previously-pictured food I made; unfortunately, I currently live in a clean & sober building with a shared kitchen (which is frequently filthy) so about all I feel safe cooking are the steak/asparagus & the bacon/eggs.
However, One. Day. I WILL have my own place, again, and THEN I’ll be able to “git down & boogie,” cooking-style!

With my appetite being so iffy right now I’m going for a strange combination that instinctively feel right. This is sourdough toast with tahini, blue cheese and rhubarb and ginger jam.
My version of Texas Caviar… Pinto, red kidney, and black beans… cucumber, red onion, red bell pepper, mango, avocado, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, salt, with Blue Corn Chips…
My version of labneh… Greek yogurt, grated garlic, olive oil, French sea salt.
Pasta with tomato pesto, fresh parmesan and fresh basil.
