My delicious battlefield :grin::drooling_face:
I always mash the potatoes bc they hold more sauce then, and there can’t be enough sauce.
Mixed veggies and some meatballs make this pretty awesome :relieved:

They’re actually not that complicated, THE game changer for me is the psyllium husk. It makes the dough soft, spongy and fluffy.

@JazzyS both of these look exceptional. I can figure out the salad but not sure about the tofu. What’s gram tofu?
I cooked tofu all the time in my 20’s, 30’s and some in my 40’s. Now I don’t.
Would like to.
Salad, is chopped lettuce, mint and lemon?

Thanks Alisa

Yup - salad was just Chopped lettuce with lemon, a pinch of salt and i used crushed frozen mint this time as i had time to let it thaw out before eating. Was super refreshing. Usually i also have cucumber and tomatoes to the mix but it was nice with just lettuce.

Gram flour (is chickpea flour we call Besan - cheaper to purchase a your local Inidan grocer).
I use extra firm tofu (just like working with it the most). Mush this up and add to gram flour and then add water to get to a pancake batter consistency.
I add in salt, turmeric, green chilies, chopped cilantro.

Sorry - i never measure - just go by eye. Sometimes i switch things up and mash a potato instead of tofu or add in other spices.

Gram flour is super dry so it is best to eat with oil to help with digestion.

I don’t have tapioka starch, just potatoe starch. Which starch did you use?
The potatoe starch is empty soon, so I could buy tapioka instead

Ahh and I discovered goat joghurt for me, its delicious like Greek joghurt
as milk products are realy difficult instead of some cheese from time to time.

Okay and first of all I need millet

Maybe mum still has some.
I will report.

No need to buy any fancy tapioka starch, potato starch is totally fine  I used that, did work :+1:
Goat Joghurt? Sounds interesting, I love goat cream cheese
and now I know what I forgot to buy :sob:
Goat cream cheese with fig marmalade on warm bread  A dream!

They have it at “Tegut”

“Schafsjoghurt and Schafaquark”
think it’s from “Alnatura”.
It’s expensive but it’s really worth it especially if you can’t eat the normal one. So why not once a week, the big package was cheaper.

Ooooouhh yes I live goat cream cheese too!
With cucumber especially  fressssh

Found a British Pub. It was recommended to us by a stranger.
Crown & Anchor
It had all my British faves.
How’s this look for a Cornish Pasty Twizz?
@Twizzlers thinking of ya again

They even do a Toad N’ Hole
English breakfast all day :scream:
Good thing for me I don’t drink. British beer and Guinness were me fave.

And they do a traditional Sunday roast on Sundays.
