I had a gas stove for about 5 months in an apartment about… 20 years ago. I was too young to appreciate it and all I had were teflon pans.
I have a carbon steel pan now and I’m learning to maintain it. My Man doesn’t understand or value it, yet. I told him that even the best teflon pan lasts only a few years, whereas a well maintained cast iron/ carbon steel will last decades. “What, so we’re stuck with that pan for a long time?!”

That is hilarious! Carbon steel, ooooo fancy! I’d love one. I do like cooking on cast iron but it’s so damn heavy.

Homemade bone broth for stocking.
There are 2 more boxes for the freezer with some of the meat of the rip
Bone broth is pure Paleo and delivers amino’s and collagen that is good for working out and our skin.
We will c what it makes of me during next week’s

That’s why I got carbon steel. Works like cast iron but is much lighter. Price range is almost the same here.
