@Mno big happy smiles for you picking cherries with the chickens and the piglets… thank you for posting the pics, it is always a pleasure to see your food! Happy summer! @Scorpn it is a dragon fruit? You just cut it in half?
At first I thought it was a pudding w chia seeds.
Peaches!
Green beans, fresh kale and spinach, melon, eggs/egg whites, quinoa, wheatberries, rice and I don’t know what else, cranberry pear white balsamic vinegar
Bon appetit everyone,
Food is life.
Yes i was super lazy about it. I cut it in half and scooped it out with a spoon like a pudding actually
Ive never tried dragon fruit before. But it was good
I don’t know where Eric got the energy after packing and moving all day but he was determined to have his first BBQ at the new place. I’m grateful for him.
Leftover Chinese food with Eric’s grilled veggies and chicken thigh. He sliced off a small piece of the New York Strip steak for me and it was delicious.
I finally got to use my gas stove! I just steamed some asparagus but it counts. I made some rice in the rice cooker and we had leftover grilled stuff, too. Not bad on this Sunday while we still unpack our kitchen!
Loved it. Hoped it was healthier than lots of butter and sour cream. Actually my sister use to buy the chive cottage cheese and put it in her baker. And way back then I loved it. But I can’t find chive cottage cheese anywhere. So I just bought the green onions and went to town. I wanted something easy for Father’s Day.
Tamales, pinto beans, avocado, guacamole salsa, herdez
I have put cottage cheese on baked potatoes most my life… hardly ever butter or sour cream…
Bon apetit everyone
