How did it taste? I should have added that for the extremely small amount of cardamom used, it may not be worth buying

I’d like the recipe for the bread please :drooling_face:

It’s just:
200 g spelt flour
110 ml water
20 ml olive oil
Pinch of salt
Maybe some additionaly flour…

Mix well for 5 minutes and let it rest for
at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
Roll out on one oven sheet.

Put on it whatever Flammkuchen style you want. Creme Vega by Dr Oetker was a good non dairy variation for the “saure Sahne” or Creme fraiche.

Bake for 15 minutes at 230 degree.
It should come out suuuper crispy

@Alisa
Tried frozen peaches. Not a big fan of them by themselves, but cut up Chef Louie style might work ok.

I am so jealous! We used to pick them in Cali in the winter. Kids can pick something like 15lbs without a permit.

@Deelzebub your ice cream!!
@Mno your food always looks :kissing_closed_eyes:

Apples… Kiku!
Peaches…

@Dazercat I rarely have frozen peaches, prefer to eat them seasonally like these. I like blueberries, my home frozen cranberries, mango and some of the berry mixes, sometimes, and pineapple. Chef Louie style is great, frozen fruit is at peak quality and preservation so always nutritious.

Bon appetit everyone

Frozen mango, blueberries, kefir (which is coming out as thick as yoghurt lately) seeds and toasted oats. Yummy breakfast.
