I double the seasonings. Left out the honey because i dont like sweet. I season my chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Thanks CJ.
My other half doesn’t do the spice either.
I can adjust it though.

Dinner is a bit later today as we had a birthday party across town in the afternoon and then the end of the Edinburgh Pride March to put in an appearance at. It’s been in the low twenties through the day and I’m melting! Not used to this warmth.

Robbed my mom’s herb garden and made an Italian chicken pasta thingy. I take a bag home every visit because she grows a ton of them and doesn’t really eat em. They have a literal rosemary bush in their yard. It’s insane lol

@Sonny I have 5 plus rosemaries. One is about 5 times bigger than the others combined. It gets real tall about 6 ft, ( 1.82 meters) and then “collapses” to about 5 ft high ( 1.52 meters) spreading out more and then repeats. I have seen it collapse three or four times ( the result… not the actual collapse). I use rosemary a lot.

Zucchini, red and green bell peppers, fresh oregano, thyme and rosemary, fat free feta, spinach
Melon, honey crush

Bon appetit everyone

@EarnIt
All I did was order a spanakopita appetizer.
And I end up with a mountain of good, healthy, cholesterol fighting, heart healthy, good for you arrrrrugala :scream::scream::scream:
With essence of Spanakopita :joy:

I hope you enjoyed being in my head for dinner yesterday.
BTW. I’ve surrendered. I’ve been beaten. I ate every bit of it :hugs:

Sometimes you just need Cheerios and bananas. Though these are knock-offs from Aldi and the recipe changed - crappy and disappointing.

Today’s

Strawberries, great batch today. And so is this cantaloupe. Blueberries and those frozen peaches I might not continue to buy.
Try this no sugar vanilla yogurt.

I was craving something sweet so I thought “lets make baked oats”.
After 30 minutes it was firm on top but still liquid inside. This stuff freaks me out, really every damn time I make it I mess it up.
Not experimenting on the recipe.
I now separated the dough, put more oats in and bake it again. If it still stays this liquid I put it in a jar and eat it tomorrow like over night oats. Dammit :rage:

The recipe is in the description!!!
You can calculate it up for bigger batches.
Love this base! (sorry it’s german)

Will bake some with pears, apple, raisins and cinnamon next days.

It still was kinda liquid, so I added some gluten free flour and an egg.
How is this even possible hahahaha

I had leftover pizza dough and half an apple left over so I added pecan nuts and baked. Drizzled with icing once out of the oven. I think this will make a nice breakfast tomorrow.

A very beige and bland dinner but it still hits the spot. Still feeling like we are camping in our home as we are working on unpacking and still moving things, too. But a cheddar brat tasted good tonight. Some pretty hydrangeas that fell over in the recent rains make this feel homey. Early sweet corn wasn’t bad!
