Get yourself one of these Julienne peelers.
Outstanding results fast and no damaged fingers.
I use mine all the time for prep on stir fries, salads, sandwiches etc.
Great tool.
Your local Asian store should have one, or eBay/Amazon have plenty.

I have one of those too! I like it a lot but I find it hard to grip the carrot while using it and I get orange nails. But great results. I need to find all my kitchen tools asap.

I always hold the tip part and do the thicker bottom, then turn around and even it up. Keep repeating till carrot gone.
If I try to do the whole length at once it gets cumbersome and not efficient.

Szechuan pepper beef with
mushrooms, onions and green beens!

Green beens are from my mums garden…
Used so much Szechuan pepper this time that it’s reeeealy prickling on my tongue!

Beside some shiritake/konjac noodles,
trying for the first time. Not bad… Realy not bad! Hope I will tolerate them.

Oh my, that looks delicious! I like those shiritaki noodles too but have had trouble finding them lately. So I just rely on rice or glass noodles.
