I made a “look what’s at home” lunch: spinach-ricotta tortellini with cheese-leftovers sauce pimped with spicy peanut paste and red beans-onion salad. Simple and good :blush:

The oat wrap! :ear_of_rice::burrito:

Incredients: Oats, water, salt

Yummmmm… So good.

Just have to be super patient while baking.
I shredded the oats into flour before mixing, it has to be blended real thin.

Will definetly repeat this recipe… Tomorrow.
Just not a rolling master now. :smiley:

We do. We decided to go big with the garden. 6000 square feet…the goal was to grow enough to last us until the next growing season. To be able to feed the family, neighbors and be able to donate.
