Those eggs look great.
Whatād you do there?
It kind of looks like an omelette but Not!
And I see cheese and some kind of filling. And perfectly cooked over medium.
I crack them and put a plate over them and let them do their thing. Generally I donāt flip them but just let them cook with the steam. Today I put a slice of gouda and some bacon bits inside.
Basted eggs.
Well done
LOL - definitely canāt forget that
is that a coaster above? love it!
Had no idea that is what they are called I thought I was frying them
A lot of people donāt know what basted is. Good luck ordering them in a restaurant that way. Magnolia knew. Course we served 24 hours eggs anyway you want them.
Nope. Thatās the trivet. Small plate or tile to put a hot pot on to protect the table. Or the plant we use it for.
Too big to be a coaster.
I feel like the teacher today.
LOL ā you are funny ā iāve never seen one so fancy - thanks for the lesson
iām always up to learning
@ELY83 I think it is perfect wherever and howeverā¦ a little touch of lemon, like lemon mint, or lemon pepperā¦
ā¦with your vegetables, meats or baked goods, like the crumbleā¦ or just in a little vaseā¦
A frozen dinner, chicken and broccoli, with a ton of cooked spinach on the bottom and ton of salsa on top.
Tomatoes and cucumbers on top of a salad
Bon appetit everyone
Food is life
Fridge pizza Thursday nightā¦
Quite the random GF pizza we have going on hereā¦
Trader Joeās GF dough with pesto, thinly sliced and browned potatoes, balsamic sautĆ©ed portobellos, marinated artichokes and half vegan feta, half fresh Mozz.
Iāve got some details to iron outā¦but I consider it a tasty first attempt.
This is the Before picā¦I swear I took an afterā¦but itās miraculously missing from my photos
Wow! That looks out of this world! I hope it was built on the tray it was cooked on because that would be impossible to move!
A nice steaming bowl of noodles and easy frozen veg for a night when I canāt be bothered. I tried the millet and rice noodles finally and they were really tasty in my opinion!
It sure was!
I started shopping there bc once the pandemic hit, prices everywhere else (even the crappies markets) just SKYROCKETED. They donāt have everythingā¦so if you want something specific (like the other day when I wanted red lentils) I have to make a second stop. Butā¦for my weekly regular food shop, it does the trick. Plus, itās quicker since the store is smallerā¦and, for two people who also entertain and have friends over etc, Iām usually walking out spending $80-$110ā¦.not bad!
