I love your posts too… It’s such a good stuff and very basic. Like I love it too. If you need some “casual” recipe info just ask. The baked oats are soo easy and nice. Just put 2 rest portions in the freezer for bad times.

Midday breakfast after a much needed sleep-in. Porridge with high protein almond milk, strawberries, banana and a big drizzle of sugar free maple syrup oh and coffee!
Not usually a fan of almond milk but this high protein one has a more thick consistency and creamy taste, i love it. Aaaand it helps me hit my macros for the day lol.
