Chicken with creamy mushroom gravy, roasted potatoes, asparagus with hollandaise and a salad. Mmmm Mmmmm mmmmmm
Roasted red new potatoes, probably should have used Yukon golden potatoes, these red new potatoes stick to the sheet pan more. And didn’t brown up as nicely. Anyway. Roasted onions and green beans. Then sautéed with garlic white wine and Polish Kielbasas. Must have ketchup and horseradish.

Got this purple potatoes yesterday at my organic grocery. Love 'm! And I made this fantasy diner salad with 'm last night. Worked well.

Really? Really? I am going mustard on this one, I think. Maybe I’d enjoy ketchup more smothered in horseradish. I don’t dislike it but wouldn’t think to pull it out.
Hallo, sober fam! Got back from beach vacation yesterday, and have had to get pantry creative before we go haul groceries today. So I made a humongous pot of pasta e fagioli with all the pasta odds and ends in the cupboard. Very tasty, and will last a few days.
I’m my Polish fathers son. Lots of boiled dinners.
Kielbasa is just a vessel for ketchup and horseradish. Same with corned beef and cabbage.
Not hot dogs though. Mustard all the way. Brown mustid! Guldens to be exact.
