And spaghetti with meat sauce right?

I think I married you. These are the things my wife loves. She would prefer cheeseburgers over almost anything. And good pizza. Although she’s not a big Reuben fan. She likes them but prefers a plain corned beef sand.

Very simple… 2 frozen bananas, 4tsp vegan vanilla protein, 1 slice chopped dark chocolate
Blend

The coffee is just strong cold coffee, bit of pure coconut milk and 2 ice cubes.

Ohyea… It was :ok_hand:t2:

Salmon, cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley, cooked spinach olive oil and vinegar

What is strange is how I cooked the salmon, which was in the microwave, essentially semi poached.
(Usually, I cook it on top of the stove, and I like the way I cook it better than any I’ve ever had in any restaurant.)
This was a recent recipe that I saw, and I thought I would try it.
In France, it’s typical to poach fish. This was not called poach, but to a certain extent it was.
The fish was cooked in a few minutes and didn’t make a mess. The texture of the fish was nice.
I cooked it in a glass container with water about halfway up the fish cooked it for three or so minutes and then let it sit in there for five minutes.

Cranberries, blueberries, walnut.

@Juli1 thank you for the recipes!
Nice to have you here posting. Looks like we had very similar. xxx

Last nights salad. I was still not hungry from the Reuben.

And I think I’m still not hungry from the Reuben today.

Aldi’s GF Nugs. A tidbit of flavor, really sense of smell is giving me some heartache and shortness (due to no smell of cleaning supplies). There is the chile lime on rice and that mayo came with our Japanese Onigiri. Tingles my lips!!

Also, for nugs, these are super good (before lack of taste), for GF.

Veggie lunch. So far I’ve been able to get rid of most meat from my diet, except chicken. Still a work in progress
