I’m not a good cook, most of what I eat is out of a box 
… my ex did all the cooking. The pork butt was a 16 hour smoke, I used mustard to hold the seasonings on (a premade pork seasoning). It was a learning lesson for sure

Tumeric Indeed! With a equal part curry (which also has tuneric) and cumin.
First time making this. I’m sure I’ll love it!

This morning I heated a tuna sandwich, after adding an egg to it. I usually add an egg but have been wrapped up. Before my kiddos went meat-free, I used to make tuna melts weekly (at least)! This isn’t a true melt but was a winner.

I made soup with leftover potatoes and cabbage, black beans, and green chiles, adding new brussels. There are tastes!

I know it’s been awhile since this, but wanted to let you know I am going to make King Ranch Casserole for my 1st attended PFLAG meeting, since my accident! I am super hoping to taste it, but everyone will love it (except vegetarians).

They have reese’s for all the holidays. Hearts, eggs and halloween ones. The eggs are my favorite because of the peanut butter/chocolate ratio

Took the kids for pizza at our favorite place The Lamp.
Of course wifey and I got the usual pepperoni.
No I did not order:
Geppetto LAMP sicilian sausage, gorgonzola & caramelized onion marmalade
Not my cup of tea. But I tried it. The kids loved it.
And no I certainly didn’t order a pizza with arugula on it. No I did not!!! I’ve made friends with the bitter green but not on pizza.
Simple
margherita pizza finished with wild arugula, shaved parmigiano-reggiano & EVOO with prosciutto.
Actually the pizza with the arugula was pretty good. Still wouldn’t order it
