Haha. Completely by accident. Which is which ? I like jam with cream on top. But the cream was cold and so not quite runny enough, so it all got mixed up 
Hubby likes cream then jam, but he’s wrong

I’m the same, jam then cream. The other way IS WRONG.
We are the correct way: Cornish, and it should be with Cornish clotted cream!

Just to let this thread know…Today, I am making lentil "meat’balls for the 1st time. I will use oatmeal instead of flour. They are supposed to be amazing by flavor. I am promising myself, like I have for weeks.
