Leftover tuna noodle cauliflower casserole. I wanted potato chips. Couldn’t decide if Fritos would work. They did
Cold Four beansalad (Kidneybeans, borlottibeans, cannellini beans and butter beans) with hard bread for lunch.
That looks amazing. Now I want to make a bean salad!
Thank you, I always choose that instead of French fries when we’re at our usual fast food place. Last time I started to think that I should make my own. So I did
I’ve decided I need to front load my calories and try to eat better breakfasts so I don’t snack as much and feel so hungry by the end of the day. Especially so since I don’t eat lunch till about 1:30/2pm (work till 1 then walk my dog either before or after eating lunch, still figuring that out). Another tweak to routine since working. It’s harder for me to eat first thing in the morning usually but I’ve been waking up hungry so that helps! So two egg scramble this morning with onion, mushroom and tomato.
One of my favorite berries are Mulberries, and I was pleasantly surprised my fancy trail mix has dried ones in it! I’ve never seen dried mulberries, but it makes me want to try and dry my own this year from the wild mulberry tree down the street. It will be a messy business but worth a shot (if I don’t eat them all while I’m picking them).
Prawn, courgette, Pak choi and carrot Laksa w/ Thai sticky rice and spicy sambal.
Made for me with love as my back feels horrendous! Also I have a Bear with me…
Zucchini tomatoes mushrooms and onions. Dusted with Parmesan Cheese. Chicken tenders with Dijon Mustard.
Ham, salami and cheddar on toasted sourdough with lots of iceberg lettuce. I love the crunch of it for sandwiches. Soon it will be market tomato sandwich time!!!
Is that why I like so much lettuce on my sandwiches and burgers. Thanks for straightening me out. Wifey only does 1 leaf. I can’t get enough.
Looks so good. That Pak Choi looks
There is so much to in this pic
Hope your back feels better.
Thanks Eric. Me too!
Been awhile…hows it going folks? A picture of my overcooked shrimp. Volcano shrimp over seasoned rice. Delicious!
That’s what it is for me, for sure.
