Two of favorite things! Delish! I should do clams w/linguine! I despise going to the store on Sundays, so maybe in the week.

Swerved Sunday roast today and made this instead…panaculty made with pork chops(fat removed) onion, sliced carrots, swede, chicken stock…salt, white pepper…topped with sliced potatoes and cooked in the oven slowly for 4 hours…reminds me of when my gran used to make it for us as kids…of course she would leave all the fat on the chops though so hers was much better :yum: i finished it off with my fave savoy cabbage… thoroughly enjoyed it…was like a trip down memory lane…

Salmon/coalfish/Chilli patties
Airfryer potatoes with Brazilian spices
My 12 y/o “secret sauce” (Mayonnaise, vegan creme fraiche, ketchup, dill, a splash of lemon)

There was a plate with salad to, but I always eat on the small plates so I need more than one. It drives my husband insane but the small ones fits better in the dishwasher :joy:

Another lesson for Eric, my husband. He is doing great learning techniques in the kitchen. Today was some leftover potatoes mixed with onion and red pepper, bacon in the oven then smashed up into the mix with eggs.
