Did you make the tofu fish balls? Looks incredible!
Oh nice. I’ve been to Berlin several times and the vegan supermarkets there were AWESOME. jealous.
That looks amazing!!!
Thank you, it’s super easy. Sauce is just paprika, soy, honey and sour cream. Really lovely taste, I’ve been making it for years as it’s one of my partner’s favourites.
I roast courgette onion and peppers to add in at the very end so they aren’t sloppy. The chicken is just chicken thighs. Dill weed on at the end. Good with roast potatoes also
Look familiar? I am really working on my mood and eating. Not tasting is problematic but I have “littles” here this morning. My mouth is also on fire, so I got a little spice crazy.
Looks great
Slow baked corned beef, cabbage, sauerkraut, potatoes and carrots for St. Patty’s day yesterday. Tonight we’re doing Ruebens! Can’t wait to post those.
Day Off Meal: Made homemade beans with Steak onions zucchini and squash then made tortas added tomato and cilantro. Have a good week to all. Peace
It’s a Healthy Choice Simply Steamers Chicken Broccoli Alfredo frozen dinner mixed in with lightly cooked spinach. 28 grams of protein or so and probably 210 calories.
Blueberries and cranberries.
@Tito23 all looks yum! I have those same bowls! Have a nice week.
@RosaCanDo look forward to seeing your Rueben’s and what you put in them!
I knew ( was hoping ) you would do the traditional dinner!
Bon appetit everyone
Lots of nice food
Food is life.
Urgh I’m in pain.
Made a kind of healthy but tasty halloumi Bulger wheat salad with rocket and broccoli and almonds. Halloumi was cooked in honey and lemon drop chilli jam. Very tasty.
Drizzled over with coriander, mint and yoghurt blended together.
Reubens were excellent. Extra dressing on the side and our new found salted rye bakery bread - so tasty. I could have done without the processed potatoes but my husband “insisted” AKA I didn’t put up much of a fight
Sorry you’re in pain, friend. That salad looks amazing!
Those look like quality bolillos! I miss them so much from my times in Mexico and Arizona. It all looks super.
Thank you Rosa. Intercostal muscle strain between my left back ribs, several of them. Agony really. Up to 8 weeks recovery time
Damn! Those little muscles sure can pack a punch. I’ve had similar before, mine usually from coughing extensively so probably not as severe even. Hang in there!
