Cajun turkey…I want to taste it! I was out of cheddar, smashed blue cheese into the mayo. I sometimes dedicate things in my dish to tastes I historically have.

Thanks Lam…they really worked well together. I used green and black olives that were marinated in olive oil and a Mediterranean spice blend which really made the flavor pop.
