Best advice: Quit that job…so I did. Been with my current company ever since. (10 years on 5/5/18)

Annoying people: I try to avoid them if possible. If not, smile and nod.

Who makes me laugh the most: My girlfriend.

  1. Get myself to the gym as much as possible & and ride bike in summer same

In my current ā€œlive in the momentā€ reality I’ve been avoiding setting goals for 2019 until it got closer - now it is nearly here and my thinking is still disorganised. Roughly:

Stay sober
Meditate more
Learn to be at peace with myself

Stop criticising myself so much
Read more
Write more
Work out with more focus and plan instead of just doing it when I feel like it
Travel
Pretty cliche but those are the ones at the top of my head

This is awesome!

Most misunderstood: I think my inability to show emotions makes people think that I’m cold/heartless/etc…when in reality, it’s just tough for me. I’ve spent so many years ā€œbeing strongā€ that I’m still learning to come out of that shell.

  1. Who is your best friend?

… would someone like a turn?

This is really good and important. We are often self deprecating, shrug off compliments, put ourselves down etc. We should focus on building ourselves up rather than cutting ourselves down. :hearts::hearts:

My best trait: I’d have to say my hair getting a few grays in it. Hahahaha. No, I would say my drive. I’m a hard worker, and I take pride in that.

  1. My mom and bro, a work BFF…
  1. Stay sane
  1. Prob should say wife…but my dog is the only one who truly gets me lol haha

-Stay sober.
-Keep pushing in my fitness and meal plans.
-Begin focusing on powerlifting/strongman training.
-Promote the new album once it’s out.
-Hopefully the other band will release our first album.
