Best advice: Quit that jobā¦so I did. Been with my current company ever since. (10 years on 5/5/18)
- Make more sober friends (I just need a few), pay off debt.
Annoying people: I try to avoid them if possible. If not, smile and nod.
Who makes me laugh the most: My girlfriend.
- Get myself to the gym as much as possible & and ride bike in summer same
In my current ālive in the momentā reality Iāve been avoiding setting goals for 2019 until it got closer - now it is nearly here and my thinking is still disorganised. Roughly:
Stay sober
Meditate more
Learn to be at peace with myself
- Adaptability
Stop criticising myself so much
Read more
Write more
Work out with more focus and plan instead of just doing it when I feel like it
Travel
Pretty cliche but those are the ones at the top of my head

Most misunderstood: I think my inability to show emotions makes people think that Iām cold/heartless/etcā¦when in reality, itās just tough for me. Iāve spent so many years ābeing strongā that Iām still learning to come out of that shell.

This is really good and important. We are often self deprecating, shrug off compliments, put ourselves down etc. We should focus on building ourselves up rather than cutting ourselves down.
My best trait: Iād have to say my hair getting a few grays in it. Hahahaha. No, I would say my drive. Iām a hard worker, and I take pride in that.
