My Friday has involved a trip down to the storm shelter…welcome to Kentucky! Complete with toys for a toddler. She thinks it’s a playhouse. Luckily the tornado threat has passed, but I’m thinking of all the folks in the path of this massive storm system moving East. The winds are certainly very scary.

I picked up a 4 hour shift today in the hospital laboratory and will go to dinner at a new place with a good friend after. I’ve wanted to try this place for a while but I just checked the menu and they have an extensive mocktail list, it must be fate.
I’ve been meaning to set up a really nice sewing machine I was gifted and play around with that so maybe tonight is the night. I work Saturday and Sunday.

Happy Friday gang!
Work has me investigating an errant $27k deposit into a customer’s account. It’s issues like this that tickle my fancy as its a break from the norm.
Other than that… My wife is going on a work trip for the week, so she’s off running around getting ready, I am home working and taking care of the baby.
I’ll probably lobby for take away tonight and catch up on my programs.

It’s Saturday already, I just got home from a late shift. Finally a couple of days off to look forward to. Sleep, eat, pet Luna. That’s the plan. Enjoy what’s left of your Friday and have a great weekend all!

Still friday here in the midwest usa. A sunny day. Took a walk with the hubby. Got a badly needed pedicure. Making a stir fry for dinner. Then hitting the grocery store. Idw i love grocery shopping!

It’s about 7:00 in the northeast USA. I had my work schedule switched so back to work tomorrow. So today is technically my Sunday 
. That’s okay though was a pretty decent first half of the day, was even able to get the bike out for a few hours this morning before the storms started. Just gotta keep telling myself spring is almost here thank God. Have a great weekend guys.

Tonight consists of full on relaxation! BLTs for supper and then desert while watching Yellowstone (we have been watching episodes every night for like a week now). No work for me tmrw so i get to sleep in until 7am

This Friday it’s my Sunday again, as I’m working the weekend. Group therapy to attend to today so yesterday was my one day off. Incessant rain here. Still got my ass of to town yesterday. Glad I didn’t just hung around my place. Visited Oude Kerk which is my favourite building in Amsterdam. Interesting exhibition going on there form an artist from Ghana who compares the church to Dutch slave trading forts in his own country. Love all the bats on the beams

It’s my last day visiting family before heading home tomorrow morning. My brother has the day off so it will be good to spend the day with him and his little one, and my aunt and youngest brother and his girlfriend are still here, too. The big crowd is gone so things are more relaxed and that’s a nice way to wrap up the trip. It’s been quite a week + and I’m ready for my bed and to be with my fella and Miss Lupe, too. We have a couple outings planned today, one to their local yarn shop which is always a fun thing for me! But mostly it will be a day of hanging around and playing with my niece, talking and knitting. We’re a family of knitters, me, my mami, my tía and now my brother’s new girlfriend also.

Just starting work here. It’s shaping up to be a slow day so I’ll probably try to get some chores done around the house too. Tonight will be a quiet and relaxing night at home.

Just packed my girl off for camp for the weekend and will wait for my son to get back from school and see what he’d like to do this afternoon and the rest of the weekend. The sun is shining and it’s a lovely day albeit is a little cold.
