Happy Friday gang!
Today was day 1 of a 90 day body composition challenge that out gym holds every year. I participated last year for the first time and was good times! Since I’ve gained 15 lbs, gulp, this holiday season, figured I could possibly win this time! So, no more sweet treats and only whole foods from here on out, dammit!
Gonna go to my kid’s school’s movie night and watch the Minecraft movie. That ought to be fun. 
Last October, the Seattle Mariners were one game away from going to the world series for the first time ever. I was emotionally invested and therefore heart broken when they lost. Because of that, I wasn’t paying attention to the Seahawks, and now, all of a sudden, they are one game away from the Superbowl, crazy!! I’m super nervous about the game Sunday and I’m not ready for another heartbreak. I know its silly, but it weighs heavy on my mind. Anyhow, go Hawks!

Happy Friday! Another blizzardy day here with intense cold. Worked from home which was nice, and let kiddo stay home too as I wasn’t wanting to take all the detours around the closed country roads.
He was also in an accident last winter heading to school on a very rare day his dad drove him and they collided with an oncoming vehicle, so now I’m extra cautious and loathing of whiteouts/squalls 
Working on school work this weekend plus an outdoor nature/forest type adult program I’m doing while kiddo does his. I’ll definitely need to bundle up for the day outside!

The Seahawks just beat us in a horribly embarrassing playoff game. We are niners fans over here. So now I dont want them to win at all

Happy Friday everyone,
For me, this weekend will be all about companion dog training, enjoying the snow with my girlfriend, and maybe going for a longer run around a lake.

Today should be a busy one. I have a funder deadline i have to meet and things are still disassembled…hopeful at this point. Im going to join the tony robbins free time to rise summit on youtube…see if i get inspired for 2026 goals

Happy Friday. I’m doing job applications all day. Got my bootcamp in this morning so that must be the reason I’m aching so much, that or illness… I have a very annoying cold starting! 
Off to help MIL this weekend and that will probably be a lot to manage! Have a good one.

I’m going to do some cleaning, and maybe do a bit of reading or gaming. It will be a nice quiet Friday evening here and I’m more than happy to have it that way.

Happy sober friday folks!
Mine is over, I’m in bed, the cats do their shenanigans, the dog got cuddles galore.
I rearranged the bedroom today, let’s see how I’ll sleep this night 
Threw out some books (library unpacking still in progress and will be for months).
Tried a new thai restaurant with a friend. It was a good pick 
The weekend is dedicated to the never ending chores, cleaning, stocking up on firewood and naps. Lotsa naps

Feeling great about this friday. Ive been productive and in a great mood. Plus theres something invigorating about planning a trip. Going to fly to california in april for my aunts retirement party

@Cjp , I’m really happy to hear that being welcomed by me on a Friday morning added a little something to your day.
I was on sick leave this week, so I also had to celebrate my birthday while being ill. That wasn’t too bad, though, since my girlfriend had a cold as well, and we were able to spend some time together.

Its friday payday! Get to work from home today. Gonna hit the gym and make some progress on my virtual race i signed up for. Maybe watch my nephews basketball game. Meet with my sponsor and sponsee. May or may not watch the superbowl lol

I think it will take the weekend to get complete healthy again. But, I am fit enough for some activities.
