Happy sober friday folks!!!
Iām doing great today, yesterdayās funk is gone 
Spent the morning cleaning and steam cleaning the kitchen, put away the seedling rack, the rack-window is free and clean again, summer curtains are put up 
Oh what a difference 
Had early lunch, leftovers, yummmi.
Will meet a friend downtown later for her celebration snack and stroll through the beautiful big store we meet at.
No further plans for today, just enjoying a not too hot summer day.
Tomorrow it will be farmwork and sunday we go dog training.
Easy does it, have a good weekend all

Oh the relief of a friday payday! And its a 3 payperiod month which means a bonus check. Im stocking the money away in various savings accounts and will have enough to fund my new tattoo in july! She said itd be a full day. I think that will be my longest sitting session outta my 3 and im nervous because this is the first one ill be able to see (on my thigh) the others were on my back.
Been in a funk and decided after a year of ups and downs with my mood and med tweaks that im going to try a new med for my bipolar. Fuck med changes are scary. I hope the cross-taper keeps me from going into mania or depression.
Oh the life of dual diagnosis. But you know what i wont let fear rule me. Im sober and strong and i have a support network like ive never had. I can do this

Working in retail unfortunately means that weekends and public holidays usually arenāt free for employees. Yāall want to get your groceries every frigging day lol. Anyway, this Friday is different. I finished my last shift and Iām off to summer holiday.

Such great posts for Friday today above. For me today I actually had 2 1 hour naps. After the first hour awoke had a nice chat with hubby and laid down for another glorious hour of day sleep. If you know me I donāt get many naps or any at all without having to feel guilty about not doing anything. Today no guilt and a real treat. Even had breakfast out this morning. Hopefully this good stuff keeps happening all weekend. Stay sober and happy my friends.

I had an appointment for new insoles this morning and hope that my back, knee and feet problems get better soon. Today I wonāt need them a lot, itās couchtime with books, naps, series and tea 
The weekend will be busy, breakfast with friends tomorrow, dog training on sunday. So I enjoy today and rest.

Happy Friday. Iām pooped from a double class today. Football tonight, important game. Double gym class on Saturday morning, and a Thai meal out together for our NINETEENTH anniversary of getting together. Thatās a tradition we always honor, just no longer alongside Veuve Clicquot and messiness . Sunday is bootcamp day and then perhaps a slow and restful day.

Happy Friday.
First week back from vacation really sucks. When I spend time outdoors in nature, I find myself realizing that all the work things I stress about, really doesnāt matter. Itās hard to turn on the ācareā.
Yesterday, I was able to throw the ceremonial first pitch at a collegiate baseball game. That was fun. Itās not the majors or even minorsā¦ but like 1,500 paid to watch the game, so, thatās something. Iām just glad I made it to the plate lol.

Today is my last day before vacation, which will be packed with activities. Among other things, there will be a sports festival and two birthday celebrations. One of them is my girlfriendās birthday, which weāll be celebrating together for the first time, as we havenāt been together for a full year yet.

Happy Friday everyone ā¦Iām working today but should be a fun day got art class this morning then a huge group game of Pictionary with our residents. Itās something new we havenāt tried before so Iām excited for that.
Then Iām heading to my mums for the weekend and il be seeing my big brother and his partnerā¦theyāre also sober so hoping for a really lovely sober weekend
Going to spend some time helping my mum sort her garden out as itās going to be nice weather .
Im leaving straight from work so Iām not tempted by anyone I bump into or get contacted by on my way home , I probably wouldnāt struggle as much but my partner is in Greece so was feeling a little vulnerable lol mm

Update.
Friday did not go as planned 
Cleaning is postponed to tomorrow, tidying reduced to the minimum today. Instead I trimmed the grass around the buildings, for hours. Peer pressure from freshly mowed embankments along the street
Nighty night from here, two cats purring in bed is music for me.

Me is at the gyn atm waiting for the annual checkup.
Then home, back to town again in the afternoon for the condominium owner meeting of the townhouse. After that I call it a week and go into weekend mode
Itās brutal hot today so I use all my tools to keep me safe and sane.
Petchores are done, one round of plant watering will take place later when iām home again, i unfortunately slept in.
boy do i look forward to a restful weekend, iām exhausted and the heat just started

Happy Friday everyone! 
This weekend is one of those annual celebration weekends as it is midsummer. This town gets rather quiet, as a lot of people retrieve to their summer cottages to celebrate.
Iām going to see a friend today who I met in Lapland when I lived there. She is visiting here on the west coast. And although I was in Lapland myself a week ago, I didnāt get a chance to see her due to a tight schedule.
The weather is nice and Iām hoping to go for a swim in the sea during this weekend. 
Maybe some bbq time with friends also?
