Hello, iām.finding it a little hard navigating āTalk Soberā But i will.give it a go. Iām feeling a hell of a lot better than i was two weeks ago. When iām drinking, i find it hard to stop, i drink in the mornings to get rid of the anxiety ive built up through drinking! crazy! I feel so grateful i got my day 1 out of the way, day 16 now 
i feel reborn! Everyday is different, iām Åeally trying to keep my eye on the ball, ive been trying to give up the dreaded Alcohol for about 4 years now ( serial relapser) Been hospitalised etc, so itās important that i try my absolute hardest, pink cloud at the moment, but we all know that can disapear.
