I’ve got the same experience last time I was sober. So this time a made a huge list with reasons WHY I DON’T WANT TO DRINK ALCOHOL OR SMOKE WEED AGAIN…just in case I forget…this time I’m prepeared

thanks Derek, what a reminder that it’s not just substance addictions that can take you out.
Your addiction has physical complications too, siting in a chair for multiple hours may not kill in a day but it’s extremely unhealthy…
