Datura is a very poisonous plant and used like a drug. In finnish its called mad grass (hulluruoho).

April was the raniest month on record here in Boston…ever! We broke the record by 2 days, it rained for 21 of 30 days in the month of April. Not only that, but it’s been too chilly for planting!

Hoping the April showers make way for the May flowers…and a bit of heat, please!

I dont recall it smelling at all. Lilium martagon is the latin name of this lily species. In finnish its varjolilja, shady lily cause it likes shady places.
