Welcome @Emmershall and I’m sorry to hear about your mother-in-law’s passing, and your husband’s struggles. Paths to sobriety are challenging, we have all been there 
, but to have to face it yourself and also to live with the challenges of other people’s drinking is difficult, so difficult.
