Today I’m grateful
- to be able to walk around the city and enjoy the beautiful sites, and food!
- to be independent and courageous enough to do the things I want to do
- to feel unbothered by others
- to know I have good people in my life
- for those moments of awareness, where I’m present and feeling grateful
I am grateful for trees and wind.
I am grateful my apartment cooled down a bit. All is relative in the end.
I am grateful I don’t drink anymore. Think I would collapse here.
I am grateful there are no mosquitos here. No idea how that is possible
I am grateful I have enough.
I am grateful I spent a nice day overall.
I am grateful I overcame the avoidance of going swimming.
I am grateful for cold showers.
I am grateful I feel okay in this apartment.
I am grateful I’ll be home soon.
AHH, and I am soooo sooo grateful for my bike.

Grateful for a productive day today. Got a lot done.
Grateful for the nice walk in the park with family.
Grateful I’ve made peace with the fact that there are some things in life I just simply cannot control.
Grateful to have the basic necessities.
Grateful for the ice cream I’m enjoying now.
Today I am so grateful for …
- monthly knitting meet ups at the local library
- getting to see and catch up with some friends
- having my doctors appointment tomorrow - will accept and move forward with whatever the results
- la croix and other seltzer 0 calorie drinks- so refreshing
- vegan ice cream that tastes rich and creamy (thankful that i can have a few bites and feel content)
I am grateful to be sober.

Today I am so grateful for
- Fruits/vegetables and herbs and their healing properties
- That i can rely on comedy to lift my spirits
- That i enjoy my own company and dont get bored easily
- Having a somewhat informative doctors appointment- have a plan to move forward
- That i figured out my new glasses didnt have the prescription- going to drop them off tomorrow to get corrected

- to see my kitty cat who missed me and who I missed

- managing my symptoms without turning to my DOC’s
- watching cartoons and feeling like a child
- sleep - lots of sleeping washes away all my internal and external feelings - it helped
- deep breathing exercises
- Aleve thank goodness it still helps take the sting off of a massive headache

- getting another day to work on my recovery from addiction and from my health issues
- for no major damage from the heavy storms this afternoon
- dancing
- music
- massages that help with nerve issues
