Feeling some anger and resentment today so here we go trying to focus on gratitude instead. Today I am grateful for:

  1. Getting through the packed grocery store the day before a big food holiday without getting too stressed or having a panic attack

  2. Walking through the liquor section with my dad to grab a wine for my aunt without feeling any cravings

  3. My sister and her TMI texts that make me grateful she is comfortable sharing things with me

  4. Emotional pain. I am grateful to experience all the ups and downs that are leading me to my true self

  5. Sleep - the rest and reset it provides though some days it is jarring to wake up again I am grateful for the opportunity of each new day.
