I didn’t have much luck with Chantax and it did play with my mind a bit too (more depressive dark thoughts) – this was over 30 years ago.
0.90 days is amazing friend – just keep pushing through. I did play mind games with myself and chewed reg mint gum instead of the nic gum whenever i got a craving and this helped me kick the nic gum. Maybe try some hard candy when you want lozenges?

Don’t give in friend. You can do this. Every craving survived means the next one is ever so slightly less severe. You won’t notice at first but in the longer run you will. Hang in there and you never have to do this again. Keep going
