I really do love this! It is so so pleasing to look at them numbers and think..thats 3 and a half years! 3 and a half years of constant improvement to your health. I did not know how long I had stopped smoking until I checked back through the threads on here. The results on my fitbit confirmed my stop date.

I’m not recovering from nic myself but I found this today while I was doing some reading about it. This is brutal. Same Big Tobacco techniques from when they were upping nicotine in the tobacco plants, except now with the vape juice they can concentrate it even more. 600 cigarettes in some vape cartridges!

Almost a decade ago, the average vape cartridge had the nicotine content of about a pack of cigarettes or 20 cigarettes. These days, popular vapes can easily have the nicotine content of three cartons or 600 cigarettes.
