I go to the YMCA faithfully, and now I instruct 3 different aqua aerobic classes, 3 days a week. It is truly my happy place, especially when I can’t get outdoors to stay active.
Heck yeah, did 4km this morning, then hitted the gym and just got out of the pool
That’s awesome. Been up since 4:30. Now 9:15, just heading to gym now.

I can’t wait for my gym selfie today… oh the anticipation… it’s wearing me out. I bet nap first! Lol.

I just killed my back workout. 10 sets of 10 reps deadlifts. Started at 225# then worked up to 405 for the last set, which killed my hands. No lifting straps allowed. All overhand grip strength!

But working out makes the brain empty and gives a good feeling. I Would like to inspire evereyone to go get that vibe and feeling. The satisfaction when you’re done and pushed your limit.
No booze or drug can create that healty high and motivation.
