Only a few lifting days left til surgery… fuck I’m gonna miss it, it’ll only be 6 weeks tops before i can ease back in, hopefully 4.

Getting fitter and stronger. I love leg day! You won’t realise how much you use your lower abdomen in leg work outs until you pull one of your abdominus rectus muscles (the ones right in front of your bladder). I felt every movement of every rep of every exercise! 5x12 reps with 280lbs on the squat rack finished me off! I don’t look pretty in the pics but pain is just fear and weakness leaving the body.

My grandfather always said a little pain is a good reminder that you are alive, if you feel nothing you might just be dead! Well I feel everything at the minute and I feel dead too!

Chalk another day up, 5k on the treadmill followed by a high weight chest and arms workout today. Lower abdomen still tender from the pulled muscle but it will not deter me from achieving greatness!

Loving the pump and the new fitter healthier me!

Wish I had a light coloured muscle fit top on so it would stand out against the locker room doors so I could show my progress clearer and I’m not gonna post a shirtless one and get kicked out!

Olympic military presses have killed me today!
