Ooooooooooo yeah!

Chest and triceps today, with kettlebell work for conditioning.
Back and biceps Wednesday. More conditioning.
Legs and shoulders Friday.
Saturday??? Might focus on the big three. Nothing heavy, just reps to focus on form.

Tomorrow i hope to get lower back, shoulders and delta done.

I plan to go back on Wednesday (after 1 week off) and make it a Wednesday/Friday/Sunday schedule for workouts.

Used to always go and already feeling better in myself as a result even if only day 3 in there

Training in the house was good but can’t beat the gym feeling, whack a bit of Gabba, Techno or Drum & Bass and smash it :joy::muscle::headphones::notes::musical_keyboard:
