Just saying it as it is my friend.
The nerve has really benefitted from all the advice and I’ve been cautiously lifting heavy again, everything apart from regular DLs, that felt too scetchy still, and interspersed with a lot of back yoga. Currently battling a cold so annoyingly on hold again. See how long I can sit it out. Imma watch the stretching more from now on, especially in nervous periods where I do a lot of lifting.

The breakdown. I’m really proud of these spilts and the fact that I took only 3 small walk breaks and 1 break to put my poncho on for some miles
@Runningfree those are some awesome times. Congrats. You’ve definitely put in work to get consistent times like that. I’m still having to pace myself quite a bit, trying to add distance.
Thank you! I was comparing the times from when I did the same distance in may and this time around was so much better in the way of consistency. Honestly I felt so untrained and nervous but as time went on I just felt strong. My legs got tired of course but it was one of my best runs
