Iโ€™ve been off track with my rowing for a while. Iโ€™ll have to ease myself back into it :sweat_smile: 50 is a few years away and I want to maintain my health! Kiddo cheered me on in the basement :laughing:

What distances and training programs do you use on your rowing machine? Iโ€™m still trying to find something for my self.

I actually donโ€™t use any training programs. I usually just set to manual mode (โ€œJust Rowโ€) on my Concept2 rowing machine.

Supposed to be cardio day. But skipped yesterday and did deadlifts, 225 for 4 on bench. Usually do two chest days a weeks then worked down, and some bicep action. Now treadmill action
