Going to increase to 2x/week now, getting stronger
Iโve been off track with my rowing for a while. Iโll have to ease myself back into it 50 is a few years away and I want to maintain my health! Kiddo cheered me on in the basement
What distances and training programs do you use on your rowing machine? Iโm still trying to find something for my self.
Not a sporty selfie but I think world is giving me signs that I should hit the gym.

I actually donโt use any training programs. I usually just set to manual mode (โJust Rowโ) on my Concept2 rowing machine.

Supposed to be cardio day. But skipped yesterday and did deadlifts, 225 for 4 on bench. Usually do two chest days a weeks then worked down, and some bicep action. Now treadmill action
