Aw man that’s rough stuff. When are you having surgery? It’s good they caught this and it’s operable. Sending you the positive vibes and hoping your recovery will be smooth
Apologies for the repost lads,i just had to make a minor adjustment to it,10 pts go to the person who notices what it is
Hi lads, just thought id share a bit of progression with everyone to show if you stick at training it really does end up paying off,ive been training for about 4.5 years now and i love it,if for some reason i cant train for a few days like recently it puts me a really miserable fucking mood, ive changed a bad addiction for a good one, anyway the first pic was early 2020 when i started training the second was earlier on today, ive lost a bit of size through the summer as i struggle to eat properly an train well but its getting cooler now so i can push on again
Seeing a brain surgeon in around a fortnight
Training to carry all the groceries in ONE trip
Stabil! As we say here!
Stabil ? What does that mean? something like “stable” ?
Hotel gym for the win. This place was awesome. Its been years since ive been in a gym without an instructor telling me the moves. I hit some chest, back, legs, lats, shoulders.
I would have never hit the gym early on a sunday in my addiction
Which app do you utilize to track volume?
It’s called HEVY, really like it. Free, too.
For years I tracked everything manually, bit old-fashioned in general - this has been much better. Can track all kinds of specifics.
Sounds good to me. I’m still pretty analog at the gym too… notebook and pen but I’m willing to try something different
Lets go
Life & work got in the way of training for awhile; however, I’ve been back at it for a week and I got this Monday! I’m so grateful for my instructors and training partners 'cause, like recovery, I don’t do it alone.
Great picture!
