Gym is a major key to this road of sobriety. It wil help you not only physically but mentally. You dnt necessarily need a gym membership. Take a trip to your nearest park and go for a jog/ run. Get some sun do some grounding. Listen to good music if needed or just soak it up and embrace your ups and down. A hour a day of this really help. God bless everyone
