Hello everyone!
I’m new here so I’d like to introduce myself. I’m from Poland ( it’s true, lot of people drinking here sadly) I’m addicted to alkohol and video games. (30 years old 
) I also struggling with depression (already got prescribed medication) and I participate in meetings with therapist.
I hope these forums will help me survive in my sober journey.
