I took a few nice snaps of my walk through a wintery Haigh Woodlands (UK) earlier. There’d been an overnight dusting of snow which thankfully wasn’t hazardous underfoot. The Leeds to Liverpool canal has started to freeze over because of the recent sub-zero temperatures. Haigh windmill, the only surviving windmill in Greater Manchester was looking as majestic as ever.
All in all, a nice pleasant stretcher of a walk.
