That looks fantastic
Got my Jammer “Lever” arms in today. I think my home gym is done now except for more plates of course
Wah I’m jealous. I’m glad my work has the jammer rack
2021 upgrades a new beefier flat bench and a concept2 model D. I guess I’ll have to get less fat now. Exercise gives me the only high I’m suppose to get.
For real…
EDIT: I honestly didn’t think the gym would be closed this long! Will add more free weights. These are lighter than the bottles of wine I used to carry
@anon74766472 - I think you can relate!
Didn’t they stop making NordicTracs in the 90s? You might want to keep it in the box just to keep its mint condition status.
The brand lives on!
Judging by the remnants of clothing trapped under the box it looks like it may have landed on a small wicked witch.
Hilarious!!!
Is this a treadmill? I only know trax for indoor cycling which I avoid.
I have that same foam roller. What a beauty, worth every penny for the exceptional quality. 2x a day on the legs, where I carry a lot of tension up into my lower back. It helps. I also use a hard lacrosse ball to really get in there, especially on the SI joint.
Real nice! Did it kick your ass?
It is quite a workout! I got 10 minutes in before I had to get back to work and my arms are pretty sore! Looking forward to that burn!
Awesome, Hope it works out for you
I’m thinking about getting a stationary bike but I dunno if it’s worth it. It’s nice to see people continuing to invest in their health and fitness
Get one. They are definetly worth it. Mine cost $450 second hand but it had not been used. I go through phases where I’ll go hard using it multiple times a day then I won’t use it for a week. I recommend getting one
