Day 9 Having some wrist pain so flipped it over and did chest press today
Day 9 done + gym session! 12K steps done today!
Day 9 done, nice long dog walk and I ran a full 5k! That’s still a big deal for me.
And bonus - negative splits!

I could probably do a one armed wall push-up lol but for sure not a regular one. I think I might have strained it. It hurts with any kind of pressure

Day 11 done during a training session at the gym. I did only 5 minutes on the Stair Master as a warmup - that thing is killer! No extra miles today.

I have to admit that I’m doing wall push ups and the idea was just to do a few more to fit in … But to be honest I am so out of power I’m happy to do the numbers as displayed on the poster.
Tried to do push ups with my knees on the floor… Nope. Couldn’t do it.
I never would have thought that even wall push ups could be challenging. But indeed they are! At least for me they are.
How are you doing @Pattycake? Thank you that you’ve mentioned the wall push ups in the first place. Only that brought me into this challenge
