Day 12 done! we had 60 push ups as part of the training session at the gym this morning, so I’m counting those!

Day 13 done, and a little treadmill tune-up before my race tomorrow. I did the pushups as prescribed, 4 sets with 30-60 seconds between them. It was much easier to get to 50+ total reps that way, and with better form, than my default method of just banging them out in one set.

Rest day for the challenge, race day for me, even though it was virtual. This was my first 5k race subs March of this year. I’m motivated to do a Turkey Trot next month.

I just wanted to check in here and say I tapped TFO of the October challenge!! Lmao I have had a sinus infection on top of the farmers allergy and leaning forward to do pushups was a serious no go. I will join you lovely champs onbthe next round
