First off, it has to be New Orleans style coffee (coffee and chicory). I usually use flavored creamers, but I’m with Kevin, @anon86726034, heavy whipping cream makes it.

If we’re talking espresso too, I’ll go Peet’s espresso. If I’m feelin all fancy I might do an espresso con panna which is just an espresso with a little dab of whipped cream on top.
