4 days because alcohol has brought nothing but negativity to my life. Life is too short to self-induce constant sickness and chaos.

5 days. Pretty much only living to get high every day. Three years is long enough damaging myself.

1607 Days free of smoking anything. 258 Days since I quit booze and all other mind altering stuff. I’m here because we’re in this together and I won’t and can’t do it alone. Being here helps so much. I’m sober and clean because I am not ready to die and for me to live I have to work on myself. Can’t and won’t do that under the influence. So here I am.

24 days free from porn.
It makes You really tired, when You can’t be Your optimal self, because of the various reasons, such as dopamine receptors desensitization and porn induced erectile dysfunction.

Day 9!
I’ve tried to stop drinking many times and every time I relapsed. Of course I knew I was slowly killing myself, but I didn’t really believe it, because I’m not having health issues. So every time I relapsed, I didn’t take it very serious and thought: well, next monday I’ll try it again. This time is different for me, because now I know that alcohol can cause cancer. I’ve seen some of my loved ones suffer from cancer, and some of them died… when I learned that, a switch turned. Permanently. Almost day 10, and I feel amazing and very strong!

Back to square one ,7 days sober first time id done it feeling anxious today but im not going to give in ,im going to do this

Three days this time around. I’ve been battling with alcohol for about two years. I was a steady drinker for about 5. I choose sobriety because I want to live my best life and be my best self. Alcohol was a factor in many bad events for me. Fights, break ups, lost jobs, weight gain and more. I am taking the bull by the horns and leading a healthier life!
