Great job on your 3 weeks Gabs! Welcome to the community! I would make sure to surround yourself with support irl and also keep active here (this forum has been my ultimate lifesaver). the following threads are a must for me and then i do try to engage in the “just for fun” threads to keep my mind busy when the urges hit. Also helps to change up routines and social circles where triggers may be present. Hope to see you around.
